Does my auto policy cover my motorcycle?
No. Motorcycles need their own policy. The coverage, the liability exposure and the way the vehicle is rated all differ from a car.
What is agreed-value coverage for a classic car?
You and the insurer agree on the vehicle’s value when the policy is written, and that is what is paid on a total loss. It avoids the depreciation-based settlement a standard policy would apply — which rarely reflects what a collector vehicle is actually worth.
Do I need separate insurance for an RV?
Yes. An RV is both a vehicle and, while parked, effectively a residence. RV policies cover both sides of that, including contents and liability at the campsite, which an auto policy does not.
